Applesauce for AIM

(Sorry if it's the wrong category) Anyway, I've heard about Applesauce for AIM and everytime I download it and then try to open the file, it says something like "cannot find root key" Can anyone help? I have AOL so that might be the problem?

Applesauce doesn't work with the current version of AIM, unfortunately, :( . You can contact the author of the program at:
tim cl85@ yaho o. c0m (remove spaces and change 0 to o)
Maybe you can convince him to modify the program.

If this modification is extremely important to you, you can downgrade AIM to version 5.2. This downgrades very far, it's a completely different program at this point. I recommend against it. Uninstall AIM and then install version 5.0.2829 from here to downgrade:

Try downloading it from there. AOL shouldnt have anything to do with it.
