im 13 and havent "grown up" yet. im not comfortable with going to either of my parnts when it happens. only my grandma. but i cant see or talk to her. what should i do when it happens?

Or you could tell one of your best friends mothers.
They can always give you a good intake of help. They should know you very well.
Maybe your just scared of being embarassed if you tell your parents.
You don't have to tell your Dad if you don't feel comfortable. But either way, your Mum HAS to know.
You could say "Don't make a big deal but..." or swear her to secrecy.
It gets better, trust me. [ LindseyxLeigh's advice column | Ask LindseyxLeigh A Question ]
