I was just wondering, what is the difference between "group-centered" leadership and "leader-centered" leadership? And which one is better? Or rather, is one better than the other?
It depends on the situation, but I think that group-centered leadership is a more admirable quality, as it shows you're not selfish and care about the success and happiness of others, as well as yourself. It also shows you work well with other people and have the respect and confidence of those you work with, if they are willing to take your lead.

Group-Centered is better because you are being selfless and know whats best for everyone. People tend not to like leaders who only care about themselves. You work more as a team and the leader helps out more. Basicly, its more even or fair. [ Floridagirl1821's advice column | Ask Floridagirl1821 A Question ]
