hey, has anyone seen a namebrand bag with the letters BUM on them i think it looks cool i've seen it alot and i've tried searching for it on the web but i cant seem to find that name brand of bags anywhere.

Depends on what kind. You can definitely get condoms at any store/supermarket. For other stuff like the pill and implants, you need to go to the doctor to get a prescription, then you go buy it from a pharmacy. This is because those methods have drugs in them that change your hormones and a doctor needs to confirm it is safe for you. But you can go ask your doctor for things like this without your parent's permission, they don't have to know if you don't want them to. And your doctor definitely won't tell them either.

Sperm die in open air because the air is very dry in comparison to inside the body, they're fairly fragile. It usually needs to go directly inside you and be shot right up near your cervix like what happens when a guy ejaculates inside you without a condom. It's a long way for the sperm to travel without this extra help so you're probably not pregnant, but take a home pregnancy test just in case :)
Hello, I'm 16 female and I had my period and the beginning of June and then about 5 days after I begin leaking a dark color, but it only lasted about 2 days. and then after another 4 or 5 days it started again and only lasted a few days. and It happened once again. And now it is july 13 and I haven't actually I don't think have had my period and the weird stages of bleeding have stopped. I did have sex in mid July, but we used a condom and he pulled it out when we did have sex. We do fool around and he cums, but I can't think of a time when I could have gotten any on me. so I was just wondering if this has happened to any one and what it may be. So please any advice is welcomed!!
It sounds fairly normal to me but perhaps you should do a home pregnancy test. Then if that comes out negative, ie not pregnant, maybe you should talk to your doctor about going on the pill - it is a really effective method of birth control and it also regulates your period to the point where you know the exact date and time of day your period will come, and also when it will end :)
I asked a few weeks ago about losing 20 lbs in 2 months, and apparently it's too extreme. So I guess I'm lowering my goal to 15 lbs. (17f/145 lbs/163cm)
My diet so far includes:
breakfast - rye bread with jam / green tea (I have nothing else to drink)
lunch - rice with chicken breast or noodles in soup with lettuce
dinner - more rice with either eggs/chicken/fish/pork/beef etc. with various vegetables on the side
Snacks - baked pretzels, cheerios or seaweed
I exercise 3-4 days a week, 1 1/2 - 2 hr @ a gym, burning off anywhere in between 400 to 600 calories (depending on how much time I spend there). I do not do muscle training because it's always too crowded in the area.
I never feel sore or tired. And whenever I laze around at home I feel incredibly bored because time goes by so slowly, whereas at the gym time flies by. So would it be okay if I went for more than 4 days? And is my goal achievable, or should I drop it another 5 lbs.

Maybe for breakfast, you could exchange the jam for something with less sugar, as eating a lot of sugar causes weight gain. Everything adds up :)
And with the gym situation, maybe you could buy your own hand weights? Doing strength training helps you lose weight and speeds up your metabolism too, because muscle burns calories just by being there and fat does not, so the more muscle you have, the less you have to work to make your body burn calories. Having more muscle also means you can eat a bit more without putting on weight, as you'll need more energy for your muscles to work. Or else you could use this calorie deficit to lose weight, that's how strength training usually works :) If you feel bored at home, maybe you could hire some cardio equipment to use when you're bored or watching tv, etc?
It's fine to do cardio exercise every day, but if you do begin weight training, keep it to 3-4 times a week so you give your muscles a chance to build/repair themselves.
Ok, this might sound like an odd question, but is it possible to speed up your metabolism? i.e. I have been dieting for three weeks, so last night, I decided to splurge. I had a lot of cookies and brownies and thing like that. I weighed myself this morning, (i weighed yesterday morning too.) and I haven't gained anything! So i was wondering if my metabolism has started speeding up. thanks!
It's also a good idea to only weigh yourself once at week, at the same time of day, to get a 'true' idea about any weight loss.

My best friends mom say no to have a sleepover everytime I go to her house and that she will miss her too much. But might not say no if she knows about it before. Evertime I ask my mom to have a sleepover she always says YES! We really want to have a sleepover. How could my friend convince her mom to sleepover my house.
You could have a sleepover at her house first, so her mom can see you're not getting up to any mischief or anything like that! Then maybe when you want to have one at your place, get your mom to call hers and ask a few days in advance, so your friend's mom will know your parents are looking after everyone. Sometimes the invitation sounds better coming from the parents than from their kids.

will fumes from bleach kill brain cells?
It can also ruin your sense of smell - this happened to my grandpa from accidentally breathing in bleach fumes when he was cleaning for a long period of time and now he can't smell anything :( Which also means his sense of taste isn't that good either! If you need to use bleach, use it in a well ventilated area or else it's really bad for you.
when I was younger , like 9 , 10 and 11 I lived in Newfoundland and I would tan rediculaslly and now I'm 13 and I live in Ontario and I can't tan that well anymore ??? so any resons for this or ways I could fix it xD cuz also I am more depressed all the time scince I moved here so could that have something to do with it ? thhhhnxxxxx

Perhaps the amount of UV rays is lower in Ontario that Newfoundland? That's the part of the sun's rays that makes you tanned. Maybe you could try going to a solarium if you want to get really tan?? Or use fake tan, for an even safer tan ;)
And about the depression, if it's less sunny there (sorry, I'm from Australian, I don't know much Canadian geography), there's a condition called Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) where feel sad according to the seasons. Or else it may be from the fact that you've moved and left friends/schools etc and haven't yet settled in to your new place? Maybe have a chat with your parents about how you feel, I'm sure they'd be able to help you.

I'm pretty sure that if the song you want isn't featured on the band's myspace page, then you can't put in on your page. Kinda sucks because most bands have 4/5 songs and sometimes they're not their 'best' ones!

I was just wondering, what is the difference between "group-centered" leadership and "leader-centered" leadership? And which one is better? Or rather, is one better than the other?
Group-centered leadership means that you're able to lead a group towards success, with all members of the group benefiting from your leadership abilities. Leader-centered leadership focuses more on you as the leader, with the emphasis being on your success, not anyone else that may be involved in the situation.
It depends on the situation, but I think that group-centered leadership is a more admirable quality, as it shows you're not selfish and care about the success and happiness of others, as well as yourself. It also shows you work well with other people and have the respect and confidence of those you work with, if they are willing to take your lead.

hey. i have a problem. OKay, so I always use my dad's $400 ish camera when im with my friends and when I go to the mall just to take random pictures. its 2 years old and is a Nikon.
2 days ago I was at the mall with my friend and i dropped all my stuff. I didn't notice that my camera had dropped, so i just went home. Today I was wondering where it was and I realized I had DROPPED IT. and my friend even saw it but she thought it wasn;t mine.
So basically I LOST my dads camera. and if i tell my parents, they will get so mad at me for it, since it contained a lot of my dads business pictures that he needed. My mom will definately start yelling at me of how irresponsible I am. My dad probably will get mad at me too just not as much as my mom.
I feel really bad. I have about 73000 in YEN(japanese currency), which is about $670 ish. and i have $50 in dollars. I dont care about paying them and getting them a new camera at all. I'm just mad at how stupid I am, and how irrespondible my parents are going to think i am.
my parents don't know yet. and soon they will start asking me for the camera. I seriously don't know what I should say. I dont wanna say i lost it.really.

Don't wait until they ask about it - tell them first. It shows more responsibility and they're probably less likely to be angry, than say if they need it right away when they ask. Just say "Dad, I'm really sorry but I borrowed your camera and I accidentally lost it. I'm sorry and I'll pay for a replacement if you like, I've got the money for it and everything". Hopefully he's already put the business pictures he needs on his computer? Just make sure they know it was an accident and you're willing to take responsibility for it by replacing it. And in the future, buy your own camera so you don't have to worry about losing theirs again!!
