Question Posted Wednesday July 11 2007, 5:11 pm

For my friend's birthday, were going to Red Robin. The thing is, I'm on a diet and I looked up their menu online. I can't find one thing on it that isn't too many calories, low in sodium and sugar, and low in fat. Any suggestions??

Well, seeing as how it's your friend's birthday you should just go and eat. What's one meal? It's her birthday, and it'd be a really nice gesture. Think of her rather than yourself. You can make up for the meal later on.

One thing you could do is skip your diet for one day just for your friend.

But if you want to play fair--you could ask one of your friends to split a meal with another one of your friends their. You could also eat half of the meal with the lowest cals/sodium/and sugar or whatever, and take the other half home.

OR you could stuff your face before you go out and you could just get something to drink. Good luck!

order the healthiest choice, and eat half of it, and take the othr half home in a to-go box.
