get in his personal space a lot more - thats a good way to get a guy to start noticing you. do this by getting close to him physically, you can "accidently" brush past him, hold him or something, or hold is arm and say your checking out his muscle or something like that hehe =P or you can simply hug him a lot more and be playful with him, guys like that.
you can always hang out with him outsdie school - you can get so much closer to him on another level if you do that, just ask him to hang out with like you and maybe 2 other people and just stick by him through the whole day your out and keep giving him signs like going into his personal space and acting sexy etc

Um, you can't get a guy to admit that he likes you if you don't know if he likes you >.>
But there are two options...okay, three.
Have your friend or someone other than you tell him that you like him. OR you can tell him yourself [And wehn I say tell, you can either say it or write it in a note or IM him or e-mail him]
OR you can ask him out yourself to go to the movies [either with a group of friends or just you two]
Just talk to him a lot and just slip in that you like him/want to get to know him better/go watch a movie with him.
