im perty sure this question is probably asked alot but im just gonna ask 1more time! im 14(and a half lol) and hes 18.he gonna be a senior and im gonna be a freshman.i like him and he likes me.i wanna go with him but if i do he told me not to tell anybody cus it might be illegal!is it illegal to be with him?!? or is it only illegl if we participate in sexual acts?i just really dont want to get him in trouble if it is illegal!

The youngest age of consent is 16. He would have
to wait at least that long. He might, but its
not real likely.
I know you like the guy, but do you really
want to sneak around for 2 years? If the age
of consent in your state is 18 then you have

Sexual acts may be considered statutory rape, but I'm not for certain on the age of consent to tell you if you are in the clear at 14, but I would say you'd be shaving pretty close, there.
