How often and frequent should you hold the position? (link)

Well I would definetly stretch out at least once a day. maybe in the mornings and then again before you go to bed or whatever. but you can hold it as long as you want! as long you feel is necessary and just be sure to do it every day and they will come along..

ive been working on my strddles and splits. my straddle is better than my split in my opinion but any streches or anything at all that i can do to help me perform these? (link)

Oh goodness. ummm okay go to my colum and read the question I just answered. A girl asked how she could get her splits as soon as possible and I gave her a long answer cuz i was a gymnast so feel free to read up on that :)

well I was a gymnast and I had to get all three splits and it depends on which ones you want to get.... If you want to get your middle splits I would suggest spreading your legs and leaning forward as much as you can to start out with then move to the wall. lean with your butt against the wall and spread them out as wide as you can. and once you get comfortable spread a little more.. then more then more and just hold it each time. just chill and listen to music. also when I was in gymnastics they had us go as much as we could on the floor then put a ten pound weight on our butts... ouch yea.. but it worked. don't fight it just let it go it hurts but eventually it wont. If your talking about the other splits like with your right or left foot in front and the other behind you you can put that foot out in front and have the other knee just on the ground ( not in split position) and just lean over it that works really well. also you can place your foot on a higher surface ( in gymnastics we used pannell mats) just get it he split position and make sure your right ( or left) foot is above and lean forward and hold it... and remember not to fight it or it will never stretch out.. :) I did my best to explain.. if you need more help you can Add me on IM and I can describe it a little more to you! I was a gymnast for along time and Had all three of my splits down :D so I definetly know the best ways to get stretched out ;) hope I helped any!

What is the best heat protection spray you have used?
I blow dry and straighten my hair every day and as told to use a product to protect my hair from the heat. I wanted something very light that wouldn't coat my hair or make it feel like straw so i tried Tresemme heat tamer and loved it at first but lately it has been drying ot my hair. I was wondering if anyone has found another heat protection spray that really works to keep hair healthy but isn't too thick. (link)

Okay I do the same thing to my hair I blow dry and straighten it every day. And everyone loves to touch my hair because it is soooo soft. I use Avon advance techniques perfectly smooth flat iron lotion And it works amazing :) I put in on my hair after I shower along with garnier fructis style sleek and shine anti humidity, But thats only because I despise static and my hair gets really staticie if I don't use it haha. But it makes my hair smell good :) But definetly try Avons flat iron lotion it really does work amazing. Im sorry I can't really tell you how much it is or where to get it because my mom sells avon and just gave it to me one day haha But im sure you can find an avon representative and order it from them :) so good luck!

this boy, who used to be my best friend, like i told him everything, he was like the bestest friend i ever had. we were best friends for like 3 years, i loved him soo much. we were such good friends. and then this thing happened, and we just stopped talking. well, i switched over to his school, and he'd ALWAYS stare at me. like look me in the eyes, and like look at me forever. then, i saw him today, and every chance he got, he'd like sneak looks at me, or directly look me in the eyes. i'm not sure what i should do, i don't know when i'll even ever see him again. but im just.. confused. i mean, why is he always looking at me? all of his friends were like looking at me too. they werent laughing at me or anything. but like, they just were staring at me. why?? i just, really need some answers. i wanna know whats up with him. i really wanna talk to him, but i'm scared about what he may say. i dont know how he feels about me, and i just dont wanna get hurt.

My idea is that he likes you. boys tend to stare at you alot when they like you, and he probably told his friends how he felt about you and so maybe they like .. idk look at you too? but if hes always looking at you and making eye contact thats realllllly good and a strong sign that he could possible like you, so just see how it goes and let him make a move

ok so im goin to be a junior in highschool next year and for the past two years i have ahd this group of friends where we hang out everyday, and torwards the last couple weeks of school in sophmore year we all got in this huge figh tand the gruop started to split up. a new girl cameinto are group which i hate to admit i tis basically the reason evryone got i nthe fight because she was rude and brought out everyones flaws. now my question is, my best friend is one of the ppl that left the group, she hansg out wit hthis one girl named sam now, i dont know know where to go next year. do i go with my bestfriend which btw we are super close, but the reason she left teh group was to basically get a way from everyone, so do i go wit hher, and this new girl who i don tlike all that much, or do stay with my old group of friedns and get cought up i nall the stupid drama, or should i find just an all new group of friends.??? please help. also my bestfriends little sister is gonna be a freshmen cmoing into ur school and im pretty good friends with her also she is fun and i know some of her friends so thier is that option. im thinking about just moving around so what should i do?? our group had this problem as well. stick with your best friend. if you are really relaly close I would mainly stick with her. but leaving a group can be fun! go with different people who says you have to stick with one group thats no fun!! haha, just hang out around different people. but stick with your best friend the most :]

around 6-8 weeks you will start showing, but if you do miss your period I would take a pregnancy test. you can get them anywhere.

if its through underwear and he didn't go that far I don't think the chances are high for you go get pregnant. but I honestly am not 100% sure. it just doesnt seem likely.

ok i'm not freaking out or anything i just cant really tell if this guy likes me because my friends keep saying he does but they have never even met him and ok his name is Kyle and i met him in my summer school study skills class and i had to sit next to him first reason my friends thinks he likes me he would talk to me alot i didnt know anyone in that class but then he started talking to me and yeah then another reason is that he just talks to me alot and one time he came over and sat next to me and said i'm gonna sit next to you because your my friend then he always like does things to make me laugh and today he kept taking my pencil and wouldnt give it back to me and there's other reasons i just cant think of them right now but i dont know if he likes me or if he's just a guy (link)

Im no expert at this. ive never been fingered... but I would say if you had underwear on your okay, I really doubt that you would get pregnant but like I say. I really wouldn't know much about that. but I do doubt it. my boobs are always sore alot.. especially when im on my period that is normal, I hate it but its normal. some people have problems with there breasts being sore. like me mine are alot it just gets worse on my period. as for discharge. I get discharge alot to. I don't know how much is alot... but have it sometiems alot I think, it could be from being fingered???. as for being bloated, I always feel bloted when Im going to start my period... that is normal as well, if its really bad take some pamprin or a pill that will help with bloating. Im sorry if none of this helps I did the best I could :]

i like this boy. hes 14 and i am too but i really like him and we talk alot but idk if he likes me. i think he does but everytime im like positive h likes me well be talking and he will like mention how his best friend likes me. it sounds like he doesnt and hes trying to get me to like go out with his friend.

If you seem sure that he likes you, he probalby does. I think he wants to make sure you don't like his best friend.. or maybe he feels guilty that he likes you as well. So I think you should come forward and just tell him how you feel :]

I wear black all the time! I love it. its not "goth" if people want to be stereo typical freaks let them. just do it. OR if you are really concerned. put some colored polka dots! that is always way cute. or tip the ends another color! I do that all the time as well!

I used to draw and paint all of the time but then I lost the passion so I stopped. Just recently I've been having this very heavy urge to draw, but it seems I have a bit of a mind block. I just don't know what to draw! My creative juices have been strained out of me. I have a lot of pent up images but they all seem so blurry and vague that I can't make them out enough to release them onto paper. Is there anything I can do to let them out? I've tried searching for sketches on the internet (google, yahoo, dogpile, etc.) to inspire me but nothing seems to be working for me. Help? Anything would be greatly appriciated. :) (link)

oh I havve this problem all the time, if I can't think of anything to draw, I just ask my friends what they want me to draw for them , then once I start drawing I get into it and draw other things for me :]

well the people who have grey and bright pics didnt do it on myspace, if you have a mac you can use Iphoto and maket them black and white, but people who have pictures like that didn't do it on myspace, they did it before they put them on

I am a very jealous/protective type, the main reason is I have been hurt so much in the past. I am currently in a long distance relationship with an amazing guy who I love very much, and I know he has girlfriends and he has a flirt personality, I do also. But sometimes he will be online after he said hes gone to bed, he could of left his computer on to download music, but I know at one time he talked toa lot of girls on here, which bothers me. I know people have online buddies they talk to but is there any way I can get over this jealousy? He told me to think about it that if he had another girlfriend why would he want me to be down there all the time that he loves me and wants to be with me always. What should I do? (link)

ok. you HAVE to have trust in the realationship otherwise its never going to work. trust me if he loves you he isn't cheating on you. don't worry about it, just think of how much he loves you and wants to be with you. don't let this jealousy thing drive him away! just think about it. hes yours! have some faith in him.!

I don't think they will leave any scars, just DON'T pick at them that is the worst thing you can do! leave them alone and let them heal on there own if they hurt put aloe vera on the to soothe them and it will probably make them go away faster as well :]

Me and this guy have been back and forth, I can't never know for sure if he likes me or not.
I told him I like him, but he never said anything back to me. But he always talks to me; always txt me; always emails me.......
We went out one night, and both got drunk.
He told me how beautiful I am, and he always loves me(yes, love is the word he used), and then he kissed me. (for really long time.....)
The next day he called and asked me what did he say the night before..........(he only remember he made up with me, but doesn't remember what he said to me!!)
Then he asked me out again for movie, but barely talked to me the whole time when we were out. I asked him why did he kiss me the first place (the night we were both drunk), he said "it just happened."

wow. that is a bit confusing. But I would say he likes you, he wouldnt waste his time talking to you txting you and emailing you if he just wanted to get in your pants. I think he does like you. especially if hes asked you out twice..... maybe he's just shy or isn't quite ready to make a commitment as your boyfriend. but Im pretty sure he likes you
