This friday it's my mates party. Now, i'm wearing a tutu (i'm mad i know lol), but im wearing it in a sort of punk chick way. I'm wearing a white tank top with it and dark blue converse. I was just wondering, should i wear footless tights, and if so what colour?

first off, i'm going to compliment you on your very, very cute idea. :)
next, i'm going to say that footless tights would probably be a very good idea. without, it would take away most of the 'punk' part of the outfit.
then, make sure your makeup is very dramatic. just take my word on that, it will look amazing.

makeup tips:
okay, so i'd say to use alot of black with your eyes. use either black eyeliner, or line your eyes with alot of black eye shadow, at let it go a big past the corners or your eyes. do this heavy eye shadow/eye liner on both top and bottom.
i think it should look pretty cool!
you shouldn't have to concentrate on blush or lipstick/gloss too much, though, because that may be a bit much, with the eyes.
basically, make your eye makeup heavy but fairly simple. :)

I think that if your are wearing a white tank top, purple tutu, and blue converse then you should wear white tights. But what would look very good, is if you wore the purple and white, and then black converse's, or black vans (slip on's) that would look so awesome!!!.
