baby teeth?

what are the best ways to get rid of baby teeth. i have two loose bottom canines. there were braces on them but my orthodontist took the wire off so i could get them out. i still have brackets on them and i have braces on my top too. what are the best ways to get them out?

Eat like starbursts or now and laters. They really pull your teeth out. Also you could wiggle them with your hands, and whenever your bored or something just push on them with your tounge. It helps alot.

Wiggle them. Eat chewy foods. Mess with them with your tongue. I actually still had two baby teeth in my mouth until after my thirteenth birthday.

My apologies. You asked what the best ways to get your teeth loose, and those are the best ways. If you don't eat chewy foods because of your braces, you're just about the only person I know that actually follows those rules. It's not the end of the world if you ever break a bracket.
