Okay, so I basically got a turtle yesterday [I don't know it's gender so it's pretty much genderless for now]
Anywhos, I have a problem with him/her not eating. It's a red slider and it's still really tiny [maybe 3-4 inches?] & I got the Zilla food pellet thing for him/her. And I've put the food in the container and on the platform thing floating on top of the water and he/she still isn't eating. What can I do? What should I give? Ahh! Is my turtle okay or not...? Help please?
orphans answered Monday July 9 2007, 11:26 am: maybe its just a little confused, and distressed because you did get it yesterday. try some real food from the pet store also, because pellets aren't exacly the most luxorious food. hope i helped :0 ~#' [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

If you go to petsmart in there turtle section there are all sorts of foods they useally eat. like the mini shrimp ect.
let me know if you need anymore help. shes fine dont worry about the girl under me.
