I work in the IT Dept of a manufacturing company where I upgrade users' computers. In the process I move their files and email account to the new computer.
On someone I was upgrading recently, I saw an email (it was what their email opened up to) relating to them finding a new job. It was from a friend or relative encouraging the employee to leave us & go to the new employer (where friend now works).
Should I tell my boss, or their boss, or HR? Or just leave it be? (link)

Okay, so I basically got a turtle yesterday [I don't know it's gender so it's pretty much genderless for now]
Anywhos, I have a problem with him/her not eating. It's a red slider and it's still really tiny [maybe 3-4 inches?] & I got the Zilla food pellet thing for him/her. And I've put the food in the container and on the platform thing floating on top of the water and he/she still isn't eating. What can I do? What should I give? Ahh! Is my turtle okay or not...? Help please? (link)

Maybe you should take it to the vet to see whats wrong.

What do you say to someone who you love dearly when a member of their family dies? I'm sorry doesn't help I know that, but I feel like all I'm doing is just being next to him, not really helping. (link)

Just help cheer them up, by saying its okay. Don't feel so down. And try to think of some thing's to get their mind off of it. Like go joggin to the park. or the Mall. Just make them feel all better, (:
