What is this? 14/f
sometimes I get this weird feeling where my vision gets all blurry then all i see is black and for about 5-10 seconds I can't see anything and my whole body gets like that prickly feeling that you get when a body part falls asleep, and sometimes my muscles like tremble (it's NOT an orgasm i assure you)
i have no clue why i'm like this.
it rarely happens, but when it does it's really weird
so just tell me what you think this is.

I get it too, it's called head rush. It's when you stand up too suddenly and all the blood rushes to your head. It's a bad feeling and only prevented by slowly getting up. You just need to grab a hold of something and wait about 30 seconds and your good. Make sure you hold onto something, the head rush in cases can be bad and you almost pass out. ]
It could be nothing and it could be something. If it happens when you suddenly stand up from sitting or laying, its probably just the blood rushing through your body trying to get back into full circulation. Your circulation changes when you lay down or stand up due to the change in gravitys force. That is completely normal to have happen on occasion.
On the other hand, my boyfriend has a heart condition which causes him the same problem. If he suddenly stands up or sits down, he gets numb and feels faint. That is due to poor circulation because of a weak heartbeat.
If it happens often or you actually pass out, you definitely want to get it checked out because it could be extremely serious. ]
I doubt you will get an accurate diagnosis without seeing a doctor for a proper examination, you will only get guesses.
I suggest you make an appointment as soon as you can. It may be nothing serious, it may be something that needs attention. Do you really want to take that risk? ]
Is it right after you are laying down and suddenly stand up? Or when you are standing up and suddenly sit down?
If so- your body is just adjusting to the rapid change in position, i.e. your vision goes black for about 5 seconds.. and you get a little chill throughout your body. Trust me, its completely normal [it happens to me, too], but if it persists, it wouldn't hurt to go see a doctor. =]
