How to gain my parents trust back?
Last week I was fired from my job for having marijuana on me. The job called the police and I was given a ticket for possession of marijuana. I've been in trouble before by my mom for marijuana and now that I got in trouble the other day, it seems like I'm never going to be able to go out again or even gain any privilegs back. I am sincere about not smoking or doing anything with drugs but my mom doesn't seem to believe me. How to I get this trust back from my mom??

Considering you've been in trouble for it before your mom will not be willing to trust you again very easily...first of all you have to stop marijuana...show her that you're done with it. whoever your getting it from or doing it with...ditch them...chances are they're your influence and are no friends of yours...you don't need people like that in your life...resist peer pressure. When you're clean try getting a new job...most jobs give a drug test anyway. When your going out with people tell her where your going, who you'll be with, and what time you'll be home...if it's going to run over that time call her and let her know...she will worry. Help her out around the house...cook and clean for her...chances are her day has been 10 times more hectic than yours so give her a break. by taking responsibility in your life and proving it to her you just might gain her trust back...but it certainly wont be any time soon...it might take a few months...but you screwed up..only you can fix it!

Since you have been in trouble with drugs before, it will be very hard to get back the trust.
You need to stop marijuana for first thing.
When the police are off the case get a job.
Ditch the people you get the drugs from
Start afresh.
Get a job, go to the gym,text or call your parents were you are and let them know that.
Stay at home with your mum.cook her dinner
It is just a way to show maturity but it isnt a sure plan to earn bck trust.Trust is so easily lost.
Take a course in something, ditch the drugs
or even go to a clinic or rehab centre to completley show your mum that you REALLy want to start anew and get her trust back.You cannot blame her though.

This will take time. Its been less than a week since you were fired. You cannot expect that, after being clean for a few days, your mother's trust in you is magically restored.
There is no easy answer here. You have to take responsibility for your situation and accept the fact that it may take a long time to be fully trusted again. I would wager that after the last time you were caught you also promised you would stop. Am I right? If I am, your mother will have even more reason not to simply accept your word.
In short though, prove yourself. Once you lose someone's trust you can only win it back the hard way. Assure your mother you have changed, and then show it to her by staying true to your word. Be patient, and respect the fact that your mother is entitled to feel this way. It may take quite a few months, but she will come to trust you again. Its the only real way to do this.
