Your boyfriend did good for letting your friend in to keep him safe, so no he won't get in trouble. I'd really recommend trying to talk to your friend and get him to call his parents immediately and let them know where he is. You wouldn't want his parents think he's gone missing and make it a bigger deal then it's supposed to be.

Good Luck.

Yes/no.

Your boyfriend did the right thing by keeping your friend safe, but he needs to call his parents & them know where their son is.

If his parents happen to find out, your boyfriend could get in trouble for harboring a minor. But it wouldn't be your boyfriend that's in trouble, it'll be his parents.

Letting him into his home so he is someplace safe was the right thing to do.

HOWEVER yes, he could get into trouble for aiding and abetting a runaway if he doesn't call his parents or the police to notify them of his whereabouts.
