is it hard to get hired by them? and is it hard to work there? how do people remember how to make all these 50 billion coffees and what ingredients people want in them like extra whatever
xomegaroni answered Wednesday July 4 2007, 11:20 pm: I wouldn't say it is necessarily "hard" to be hired by them. Every job has its own requirements. Obviously since Starbucks is extremely popular, they probably get a lot of applications & look for someone to stand out. There's nothing wrong with applying though. People definitely get training on the job. You shouldn't worry about remembering all of that until after you get the job & you are trained.
