I don't think its necessarily hard to get hired (my friend just got a job at one in a grocery store) but i think it would be hard to remember all the coffees. he said that they train you A LOT before they put you on the floor. they test you to see how good you are and you have to be at 100% before they do. so if you like learning, it wouldn't be too bad but it you want a simple job, i'd go with something else. <3

I wouldn't say it is necessarily "hard" to be hired by them. Every job has its own requirements. Obviously since Starbucks is extremely popular, they probably get a lot of applications & look for someone to stand out. There's nothing wrong with applying though. People definitely get training on the job. You shouldn't worry about remembering all of that until after you get the job & you are trained.
