ive been loosing weight and running. and i drink water alot. im scared that im not getting enough vitimans because i don't drink gatorade. should i drink it if i sweat alot and stuff? i dont want to have extra calories though?
Alin75 answered Wednesday July 4 2007, 4:39 pm: I am not so familiar with this vitamin water stuff. However, I doubt its as effective as the thing most fitness athletes use... water and a good vitamin pill.
As far as I know, water is better to drink than gatorade so I wouldnt worry too much about that. So, buy yourself a good quality, slow release vitamin pill, and take one every day with a meal.
Master_Betty answered Wednesday July 4 2007, 12:52 pm: If you want to rehydrate yourself, then you can drink 1 litre water with 1 teaspoon salt and 8 teaspoons sugar in it. It's what they use in the hot European countries.
