dont drink gatorade. if you are worried you're not getting enough vitamins eat dark green vegatables, or anything that NATURALLY is one of the colors of the rainbow.

I am not so familiar with this vitamin water stuff. However, I doubt its as effective as the thing most fitness athletes use... water and a good vitamin pill.

As far as I know, water is better to drink than gatorade so I wouldnt worry too much about that. So, buy yourself a good quality, slow release vitamin pill, and take one every day with a meal.

Happy exercising.

I would suggest smart water...it has the electrolytes and nutrients that gatorade has without all of the artificial stuff. its a great option

If you want to rehydrate yourself, then you can drink 1 litre water with 1 teaspoon salt and 8 teaspoons sugar in it. It's what they use in the hot European countries.

You dont need to drink gatorade or anything like that, but Lucozade and other drinks with glucose in it will help too.
