ive been loosing weight and running. and i drink water alot. im scared that im not getting enough vitimans because i don't drink gatorade. should i drink it if i sweat alot and stuff? i dont want to have extra calories though? (link)

dont drink gatorade. if you are worried you're not getting enough vitamins eat dark green vegatables, or anything that NATURALLY is one of the colors of the rainbow.
