im 5'8" and i weigh 170 lbs. my doctor says its good cause im not like skinny im "big boned" and i have broad shoulders and im stronger than most people but like i still have some fat in some places.
annyway is this weight normal for my height and my build?

lbwhite89 answered Tuesday July 3 2007, 9:06 pm: According to your BMI, you are only slightly overweight. You're BMI is 25.8 while the healthy range is 18.5-24.9. In order to get into the "healthy" range, you'd only have to lose about 6 pounds. The healthy weight range for your height is 122-164.
HOWEVER, you are not in medical danger. If you feel you look good, don't lose weight. There's no point in it. Depending on your build, you may look better at your weight than you would 10 pounds lighter. BUT that's just the standard for GENERAL people. Not counting the muscle in your body nor how your body is built. Like you said, your bone mass, because some people DO have bigger bones and all that.
