Perfectly normal. I'm the same way. I had huge body image problems all throughout high school, because my doctor kept throwing my BMI in my face and telling me to lose weight. I weighed 180 lb at 5'7", but I also trained 3-4 nights a week in karate, walked twice a day, and had 4-pack abs!
Don't worry about it. A little fat is a good thing. It's more about how you look than what your BMI is. ]
im honestly not sure.
but heres a website that might help

According to your BMI, you are only slightly overweight. You're BMI is 25.8 while the healthy range is 18.5-24.9. In order to get into the "healthy" range, you'd only have to lose about 6 pounds. The healthy weight range for your height is 122-164.
HOWEVER, you are not in medical danger. If you feel you look good, don't lose weight. There's no point in it. Depending on your build, you may look better at your weight than you would 10 pounds lighter. If you think you look good, other people will too. :) ]
Well the "AVERAGE" range for your height should be from 140 lbs. Plus and minus 10 pounds that weight is fine too.
BUT that's just the standard for GENERAL people. Not counting the muscle in your body nor how your body is built. Like you said, your bone mass, because some people DO have bigger bones and all that.
If you want to get technical than your bone mass and all that should get into consideration, which I think your doctor already did and if he says its normal than I think it is too. ]
