its better to let your hair air dry. it keeps your hair from dryign out as quickly. and if you straighten your hair its twice the damage if you blow dry it. so air dry then straighten your hair. it may take longer but your hair splits at a slower rate and it doesnt feel as dry. if you use the cold air option its better than heat but air dry is best.

WELL, it's probably better health wise to let your hair air dry. BUT! if you use the cold air option on the blowdryer, it'll make your hair shinier, even if it may take a little longer to blowdry.

It's better to let it air dry because the blow dryer's heat damages your hair. I'm pretty sure the cold one is better than the hot, but air drying is best.

Well, the cold air option is definitely better than the hot air option on your blow dryer. But is cold hair from your blow dryer better or worse than letting your hair air dry? Eh, cold air vs. air dry is about equal, actually.
