i'm not a guy but it's definately better to shave. i'm 21 and i've been shaving down there since i was 14. It's 99% more hygenic if you shave down there, especially when it's your time of the month and it also looks more attractive. It does itch like mad for a bit but after a bit it stops. There aren't really any tips apart from be careful and the more you do it the better you'll get at it. it's also better for sex, especially oral sex.

it depends on the guy, whatever you feel comfortable with. Most guys though like it shaved. and to not get those itchy bumps you can shave with conditioner it really helps.
