Working out? Uh hi jenna,
im 5'3 or 5'4 and i weigh 120 lbs. i always feel fat/heavy. i dont like it. My stomach has a little roll and i want it to disappear, but nothing will make it go away. =[
im a cheerleader so i workout like 3 times a week. whenever im in a bathing suit i feel like everyone is like "OMG she is sooo fat" i dont like this feeling one bit.
I was wondering if you had tips/healthy eating tips to get skinnier.

oh you are definatly not fat. it is normal =] and also puberty and bloating makes your stomach bigger, dont worry!
i have to same problem though
i am deciding on which diet to do.
either to eat more meals but wayy smaller portions
or just 3 meals normal serving but no in between snack
and im going to TRY to not eat after 8
i read this diet online so it probably works =]
but working out is definatly a great way to lose weight and that is really good that you do that!
