she totalyy has fake eyelashess, or she usedd TONS of mascara, she has eyeliner on top and bottom lids, and black eye shaddow around it, and then around the black eye shadow she has purple or pink eye shadow =]

Yeah, I'd have to say she has fake eyelashes, and she mascara-ed the hell out of them. And she pretty much just put a lot of purple eyeshadow around her eyes. And as for the eyeliner, she used black (obviously), a thick line. So I suggest put the eye shadow on first, then put a thick line of eyeliner, then all of the mascara. =)

The eyelashes are definitely fake. But a good mascara can make your natural lashes look fabulous. I've been using Maybelline Define-a-Lash and it's wonderful.
As for the smoky purple/black eyes, try applying purple shadow to your lid and blending outward. MAC and L'Oreal make high pigment shadows that will really pop on your eyes. Then line your eyes with a black creme liner and use a q-tip to smudge it.
I agree with the columnist before me, though. Practice definitely makes perfect.

It's really easy to do your makeup if you practice. Take a boring day, and practice.
As for her eyelashes, they're probably fake. Tons of people wear fake eyelashes & you can buy them at basically any store.
For your eyes, try to mix colors around & not to go to heavy because then it just looks.. bad.
But yeah, practice. It really helps. This is coming from someone with experience. I was terrible at applying make-up. But now, i'm not so bad. Why? Cuz i practiced :P
