Question Posted Monday June 25 2007, 6:31 pm

Is using a tanning lotion, like Dove Energy Glow, bad for you?

Not worse than the sun, right?

They are definitely 100% better than the sun. I used to be big on tanning, but I'll never lay out in the sun or step into another tanning booth again. Instead, I use Summer Glow lotion by Neutrogena. Not only do they give you some color & moisture, but some also come with SPFs to help protect your skin! Can't get much better than that. :)

Oh I love Dove Energy Glow. It smells so good. It's totally 100% not bad for you at all. Everyone raves about self tanning lotion since it's so much better than tanning booths and sitting out in the sun. Trust me Dove Energy Glow works wonderfully too.

Hope this helps!
