Hey does any body have any ideas on how to loose a lot of weight in a short amount of time??

here are some tips that work:

for 3 days drink nothing but vegetable juice and raw vegetables and drink a TON of water. only do this for 3 days. it will cleanse your body your liver and your kidneys and you will lose weight.

also drink a lot of green tea it will help you lose the weight.

Also to avoid overeating, drink a glass of water before each meal and eat breakfast to fill you up in the morning.

make some lifestyle changes such as walking up the stairs instead of the elevator and walking around the mall with heavy bags lol it works!

Not a whole lot you can do.

Eat less carbs and sugar.

Drinks lots of water (but no more than a gallon a day).

Exercise like crazy.
