when you're on your period does exercising make the flow stop a lot?

exercising actually makes the flow faster for me, especially running. although most people the flow slows down. excercising also helps with cramps. hope i helped<3

no but being in water does. Alot of people dont go in the water when they have their period, but the truth is it dosnt come out in the water

well you're not gonna stop it! overexercising and a lot of physical activity can cause it to be heavier than usual. you can exercise cuz it may help with cramps but being too active causing you to bleed more... so chill :).... more vitamin c will work. it firms up the blood vessels on the walls of the uterus and that decreases monthly blood flow. so drink more orange juice or take a vitamin. start a few days before and continue until it stops. good luck with that!

Exercise does slow down the flow for a bit. It also relieves cramps.
