MizzDiva3203 answered Monday June 25 2007, 6:20 pm: well you're not gonna stop it! overexercising and a lot of physical activity can cause it to be heavier than usual. you can exercise cuz it may help with cramps but being too active causing you to bleed more... so chill :).... more vitamin c will work. it firms up the blood vessels on the walls of the uterus and that decreases monthly blood flow. so drink more orange juice or take a vitamin. start a few days before and continue until it stops. good luck with that!
