Push-Ups

Question Posted Monday June 25 2007, 1:24 pm

If doing push-ups is for your chest muscles, will your breasts get smaller? Or less... flabby... as weird as that sounds.
Yeah, I am small on top, and I want to be smaller. That's probably a surprise to hear on Advicenators. So if I strengthen my chest muscles will they be smaller? Will doing push ups help? What are some other exercises?

If not, which muscles... which exercises?

push-ups do not work out your chest... they work out your biceps and triceps. Honestly, there's no exercise to make your boobs smaller... it's just natural the way it is. Some people are born with smaller or bigger breasts. Since you are 13, you are going to be developing A LOT. there's absolutely no way to make your boobs stop growing or get smaller. Sorry kid, that's life
