WARNING: if you don't already have "Manually manage music" checked for the iPod, opening iTunes may overwrite the contents of your iPod, so do this on the computer on which you originally added the music if possible.
Now, on the other computer, go to "My Computer", and you should see your iPod. (If you are NOT using Windows, look for the iPod as you would look for any removable drive.) Click it and you should see a folder called "iPod_Control". (If not, Tools > Folder Options > View > Show hidden files and folders > Click "OK".) Look for the song you want and copy to the computer. LOL_x0x answered Monday June 25 2007, 5:14 pm: I don't know if this is what you're asking,
but you can transfer music from an iPod to a computer.
Use this program called 'Music Rescue'.
Being the idiot that I am,
I deleted my entire iTunes.
I foudn that program, used it (it's self explanitory) and got all my music, videos, etc back in about half an hour :]
