That'd be one of the BEST gifts ever, in my opinion. What's better than a book of memories you can look back on?
A ring, necklace, or bracelet with "16" on it would be very nice too.
Or get her money so she can spend it on the shit she wants. =)

my friend is turning 16 pretty soon too. she is asking for keychains and gas money. you could give her gas cards... money is always good.

Money$$$ is always a good idea. Cash or gift cards that way there is no need to wonder if she will like your present.

how about a scrapbook of all your good times together?
Or if you're not super close friends,
maybe a gift card to her favorite store so she can get some cute new clothes?
Or you can get her jewelry,
like a nice necklace or something along those lines.
