straighten your hair ( if it isnt alreadi naturally straight) then get hot rollers and put them in your hair for about fifteen minutes. Then sleep on it, and in the morning brush it out a little

Hey. Well, she has layered and angled hair.
Plus it's curled.
Don't use hairspray, it's bad for the enviornment, you're contributing to glabl warming.
Use and organic one that doesn't harm the enviornment as much, or use gel.
Also, use a straightener to curl your hair, becuase you want big curls.
Side part it, leave it poofy.
It probably won't come out looking exactly the same, she has her hair done by professionals. But it should come close.

You should use a fair amount of hairspray, just like hold it about 6 inches away from you so you don't spray too much in, because then your hair becomes difficult to work with.
To make it curly, you should just curl halfway down, so the top part of your hair is still either straight or wavy.
I think that hairstyle would look cute even if you don't have the kind of fringe that she does.

Make sure your hair is dry and freshly washed. Use your straightner to curl it.. i know that sounds weird lol but it works.. Part your hair on the side and leave it looking messy and fluffy..
Use lots of hairspray!
As for the curls.. just curl the bottom half of your hair but not all of it.. leave some of it naturally wavy... Do not spray the bottom of your hair until you hav got it looking how you want it too.
Then spray away.
