Well make sure you ask her out in person. Asking a girl out online is tacky. It's best to do it when she's alone because if she rejects you when you're with a group of friends, you won't be so happy.
Bringing her a gift is nice to. Flowers, chocolate, a teddy bear, ect. Be creative. Write a song or a poem if that's your thing.
And above all have confidence.

Don't hold back just ask her. Maybe bring her flowers or something you think she'd like. Make sure you guys are alone so her answer isn't influenced by anyone. Girls find it attractive when I guy come up to them and asks them. Most girls find it extremely unattractive when a guys friends ask them out for them. Go up to her with confidence and if you get shut down don't go off on her just act cool. There are plenty more fish in the sea.
