ok .. so i'm a swimmer & have been since i think august??i mainly joined bkuz i thought it'd help loose those couple of pounds that i needed and just i'd be leaner. I'm most definitely leaner and i've definitely lost weight but where i wanted to loose it i'm not loosing it.it drives me nuts!!!and ugh i just can't stand it. i don't eat alot of junk just like 3 meals and then a couple snacks. so i dno but it's just my tummy and my inner tighs that is killin me!!please help =)

For your stomach: lots of dolphin (butterfly) kicking!!! If you feel it in your thighs that means you are doing it wrong, you should feel it in your stomach. Its alot better to do this on your back then with a kickboard or in streamline.

For your innerthighs: breaststroke kick - when your legs come back together really squeeze them together. Do this with a kickboard or in streamline.

You cannot target weight loss. When you lose weight it comes off of all body parts. However, you can direct muscle gain. Tone up your stomach doing crunches and your thighs by doing squats.

you have to gain muscle to lose fat.
I don't know about weight, but it will help you lose fat.
Swimming is the best sport to exercise, you have to use all your muscles to swim, but if you're trying to pinpoint a particular place in your body, you might be better off doing exercises everyday.
