i'm 4'll'' [really short, i know!] i'm 13, and weigh 110, and am not happy about it! my hips are HUGE! and i have a LOT of stomach, i want to know how to STOP eating, i can't stop, when i'm homealone its the worst! idk, if i have a prblem, because all i do is think about what i can eat next! last year i got so depressed i wanted to become bilimic, but i can't stop eating, or throw it up, i enjoy it too much! PLEASE HELP FAST! i need to know, as i type i'm eating icecream and next i'm going to eat bread! i CAN'T STOP! i'm sorry to be a pain, i just can't stop! what do i do?????? thanks :D

Now, you know when you go to grab ice cream? Instead, go grab an apple or a piece of fruit. If you can't help yourself, only take a little bit of ice cream or the snack thats unhealthy that you really want. Also, try eatting many small meals instead of 3 huge ones. To help you loose more weight you could do simple things by taking out the garbage, going for a walk once or twice around the neighborhood, oh and especially swimming. in order to stop eating, it helps a lot to stay active. not even neccesarily running or lifting weights. when your home by yourself, take a walk around your neighborhood or make up a dance routine. you can also do things around the house like clean up.
this might sound kind of weird but it worked for me. i got a snow cone maker and i would always make them and put diet soda or orange juice in it. i ate those all day long so i still had something to munch on but it didnt have many calories and it was filling. buy water bottles to keep in the refridgerator and always try to have one with you that you are drinking. it helps a lot. when you do feel like you need to eat something extra, try to cook it yourself and stay away from carbs (breads, pastas, ect...)
excercising makes you not feel like eating too. so talk to your mom about signing up for dance classes or tumbling classes. they are fun and you get great excercise too.
get some gum that you really like and chew that if you start to get cravings, toothpicks help too. you can actually buy tea-leave ones that taste really good and are fun to chew on at health food stores.
110 lbs is not very much at all. dont be too hard on yourself, your body is going through a lot of changes right now and its natural to crave the nutrients from foods. just try to stay active and eat the right kind of foods in stead of filling up on junk [ sdcutie717's advice column | Ask sdcutie717 A Question ]
peebles7 answered Friday June 22 2007, 6:00 pm: you just need to put your food into better proportions. next time, eat the ice cream and the bread, but only scoop out a little ice cream, and only take a few bites of bread. it's all about portions, just keep taking exactly what you want of a food and divide it by two and put half back, and you will become much healthier. if you deprive yourself of food all day you will end up binging at night and that will make you gain weight [ peebles7's advice column | Ask peebles7 A Question ]
