I have a REALLY important ballet thing coming up THIS MONDAY- and I recently gained 7 pounds, but 2 of them I just gained yesterday. I'm PMSing right now, but I need a way to lose these pounds (or at least 2-5 of them) by monday. Today I'm trying to not eat anything, but It's REALLY hard because i'm starving! If I succeed, how many pounds should that take off? (i weigh myself first thing in the morning)
How much green tea do you have to drink to effectively boost your metabolism? The brand I have is called "legends of china" if that helps.

Eat five small (i do mean small) meals a day. Ex. bowl of cereal with fruit- almonds- turkey sandwich- yogurt- chicken breast. This will keep you full.
Drink tons of water (but not more than a gallon, that can dilute your blood and cause major heart problem).

Don't eat any salty foods, & don't starve yourself- because if you eat one tiny thing, your body will just gain everything back because it was starving.
