what is the healthiest breakfast that also helps control weight?

You can always get a low-fat, low-sugar cereal and add that with low-fat milk and you'll be good to go. Pair it with a glass of 100% fruit juice and you're set. Also, I don't know if you like breakfast food (I personally don't all that much) so you could even eat a leftover hamburger patty (no bun) for breakfast. It sounds weird, but protein like that in the morning keeps you going through out the day! You could also whip yourself up some breakfast tacos using eggs, turkey bacon, and whole wheat tortillas.. mm...

Eggs are really good. I hear they keep you full and they're just super healthy. Try making an omlette or scrambled eggs.

2 eggs, sliced cheese (if you want any), ham/canadian bacon/turky, peppers, tomatos.. really you can make scrambled eggs with anything.


If you want the classic sunny side up eggs, make 2 for yourself and have it with toast and jam, and a cup of milk or OJ. hope this helped =)
