well, if you don't eat carbs, you'll feel your stomach is a little bit flatter. so, you can eat protein along with vegetables. it's just for a few days..... i know carbs are good, and today, try to eat dinner before six o clock because its easier to burn the calories... also try to run for atleast 30 minutes today and 30 minutes before you get into the bathing suit. You'll feel good when working out if you eat protein. You should do some weights if you want, but don't do any weights before you put on the bathing suit, because your muscles will look swollen. also, do 300 every day..... i know it sounds like a lot, but you'll see, it'll help!!

get a job in a resturant cooking its hot sweaty and you have to move your ass! but if you have no passion for that drinking and smoking helps smoking is expensive but in a year i have lost 45 pounds and kept it off.i also have worked in resturants all my life and you cook food all day beleive me you enhale all of your nutreints through the greese in the air so you dont even want to eat. i've been chubby all my life but now i weigh 150 and all that matters is that you feel good about yourself you cant let anyone tell you your to fat to wear a bikini say fuck you i'll do what i want . just because the media says your not perfect that dosent mean that you dont look good just because your not addicted to coke and weigh 90 pounds doesnt mean that you cant be comfortable in your own skin love yourself and thats all that matters . plus when your at the pool nobody really looks at you unless they think your hot anyways so there you go. plus aneroxia is for weak pussies that bull shit any man would take a girl with a few extra pounds then a girl that needed a few more any day gaurenteed. all of this is from 17 years of expericnce take it!

you could try working out for a few hours like doing crunches, running, leg lifts, etc. also make sure you eat healthy.
