yes, i definatly agree that you need to be very flirty. dont push it too much, but maybe send him a cute txt message saying: i had fun with you the other night, we should do it again soon :) or something to that extend... then when you do see him, if its just a hook up thing your looking for, dont make it too serious (ie: avoid serious convos and sharing personal information) just make it fun and play around a lot. also let him know suddelly that your just looking to have fun. dont make it seem like your talking about your relationship with him, just generally.

talk to him about it. Be like lets be friends with benefits. you want to be a summer thing. see if he agrees? I doubt he wouldn't since he's a guy and all. Just be straight up with him but show that you're taking control and not like one of those easy girls. Be natural lol. I'm not sure how that works. Just be yourself. Be friends with him but you just want "benefits".
