The book release is July 21st at 00:01 for every time zone. Meaning; at 1:01AM the book will be released. So whenever your time is 1:01AM, the book will be out.
Also, the movie is indeed coming out on the 11th of July. The movie was pushed back for unknown reasons but it is not coming out on the 13th but rather the 11th. And I can be fully confident in that knowledge because I work at a movie theater and that is when we were told to release it.

Although Jack meant well with his response he's wrong. Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix opens in movie theaters on July 13, 2007 and not July 11th. The release date according to Amazon and Chapters/Indigo bookstores is July 21st for the next and final book in the popular J.K. Rowling series.

The book definitely doesn't come out on the 7th anymore. Its the 21st.
