You can go here:

to see a full account of all adverse reactions to Zyrtec- D. I could not find anything involving the liver, but the list gets pretty lengthy when you get into rare adverse reactions.

from what I saw on WebMD there was nothing listed about liver problems...it said that the common side effects were Drowsiness, fatigue, dry mouth, dizziness, nervousness, nausea, headache, or trouble sleeping and the serious common side effects were fast/irregular heartbeat, uncontrolled shaking or tremor. but the uncommon side effects were yellowing eyes or skin, dark urine, persistent fatigue, mental/mood changes, seizures, trouble breathing, trouble urinating but I'm pretty sure that for the most part its safe...I've been taking it for a while now and nothing has happened to me but everyone is different...consult a doctor if any of the above mentioned occur

All of the side-effects should be somewhere on the box. :]
If not, ask your doctor. :D
