Ok, My weight is average for a 13 year old, but my doctor says I'm 8 pounds over weight. How can I lose weight an easy way without having to work too much? I'm kinda lazy with everything, so... I just need some advice on how to lose weight. And if you could, suggest some food. I like to eat.

*if you absolutly can't resist,a semi-healthy chip is terra exotic veggie chips.
*peanut butter and celery,
*chicken salad*,
*FRUIT,any kind! as much as possible!
*stay away from white bread!,
*100 calorie packs,
*weight watchers everything,
*water water water! drink as much water a day as you can.
*its good to eat the most in the morning,least in the night.
*some exercising really isn't that bad. walking,either by *tredmill or just outside. *swimming,also.
*with effort,you usually burn 2-3 pounds (sometimes,depending how hard you work) a week.so,with in 3-4 weeks,you'll see the difference.
*i really think you should take some dancing or cardio,it'll really help,not to mention its wicked fun :].

Mollysie answered Thursday June 21 2007, 7:52 pm: I know how you feel about being lazy. Well theres many eating plans out there that help manage weight without any exercise. My mom did one of them it's called the 6 Week Body Makeover and she lost 60 pounds without exercising at all. Now it's very expensive to purchase and buy the foods that are on it, but the good things are that you get to eat 6 times a day, and theres snacks and desserts. But if your not into buying a plan then try eating less bread, and things of that sort. Try eating your desserts in the morning, so you have the entire day to burn it off. The more water you drink the faster you will loose weight. Walking (I know I know yuck) but it does help a lot. Try dancing to music alot. Just by substituting water with the chips while watching tv will make a difference. Snack on veggies and fruits and cut down on portions. Cut out some soda and other drinks/foods high in sugar and replace it with water. browniebabe121a answered Thursday June 21 2007, 7:11 pm: I'm not expert, but there really is no easy way to lose weight. Do a summer sport or something to get you off your butt and doing something athletic.
As for food, you could probably eat the same, just cut down portions.
