I want a hair change!

I want my hair to be-
dyed dark brown
keep my layers
grow it out (right above breasts)
maybe get side bangs
what do you think?? would it look good on me?

LOL, that is the worst pic of JoJo I have seen in my life! The person below shares my sentiments, it is hard for me to know how you would look with that kind of hair, given that I don't know how you look. Your hair looks really pretty currently, so you should be sure you are ready for the change.
