If anyone in your immediate family has baggy eyes then that;s probably where you inherited them from. If not, try to correct the problem.
Get a good concealer, I like CoverGirl, although you may want to try out a few brands to see what suits you best.
I think your eyebrows are fine, but you may want to use an eyebrow brush for the part of your eyebrows nearest the bridge of your nose.
