Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? lostbutfound answered Thursday June 21 2007, 2:35 pm: all i have to say is to eat helthy drink lots of water you should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day so i drink one in the mornine before i do anything and that boost my metabolism then drink water all day you will be to busy drinking water to drink anything else also it will fill you up so you dont eat as much then you should definately be exercising go to the gym work out for like an hour a day trust me dont try that working out for 5 hours or something you will lose just as muhc weight working out for and hour or hour and a hlaf then you would 5 hours also if there are any specific areas you want to lose weight in find the correct exercise for it you should also definately be walking more my friend cut out all sweets started watching what she ate and walked an hour a day she lost 10 pounds in a week or week and a half so i hope i helped [ lostbutfound's advice column | Ask lostbutfound A Question ]

But anyways, you could go to a local recreation center and find activities to do there.
Or you can go to a park and jog or walk for a few hours.
