i have to do a spanish project over the summer, and i have to type it up. i was just wondering, how do you get the little accent things ocer the n's and a's and stuff? thanks!

charmap
Scroll down(but don't use the mouse wheel, that changes font) to find the character you want, then "select" and "copy". Paste the character where you want it.
You can also use ALT shortcuts. Hold down the ALT key and then type the number *on the number pad*, the square part on the right of the keyboard. The letter will appear wherever your cursor is when you release ALT:
