sweaty feet in high heels

Recently my feet has been very sweaty like water since im so nervous about ym grad tommorrow and my heels are higher then 3 and a half inches.

I jsut learned how to walk in them and im so scared i'll fall down the stairs or something since i fell down once during rehersal

what can i do?

First, congrats on graduation. Secondly, if you can try getting pads that they have for high heeled shoes in many drug stores (CVS, Walgreens, etc etc.) I have that problem a lot with all the sweet 16's and stuff I'm going to this year. The pads are like gels which are supportive for your feet and help with the sweating. That should probably help the sweating, and an added bonus of helping you keep your balance. You could try putting clear package tape in them if it helps you... like put the sticky side down but maybe the plastic will make your feet stick more. try it and see if it works. if it doesn't, you could wear hose? <3
