eyeliner
ok i kinda know how to apply eyeliner to the bottom but how do i do it to the top. details details plzz. THANKS LUVS

hey
first off, prop your elbows somewhere so they are sturdy and don't move. i prefer to not prop just cause i have a sturdy hand.
if you are using a pencil eyeliner, make sure it's sharp or it might come out way thicker than you want. i am righty, so i pull the skin next to my left eye (like close to my ear) so that my eyelid is stretched out & flat. i slide the pencil using my right hand across the top of my eyelid as close to the lastline as possible. same for the right eye, and my arms cross over cause my left hand is holding the skin next to my right eye.

okay...i would say that you should just put the eyeliner underneath your top lid...or like right on the crease...just above your eyelashes..hope this helps..:)

I put it on before my mascara and eye shadow, and it's pretty much the same as the bottom, but just right on or above the line of eyelashes. I like to smudge it a little bit so that it looks smokey. Hope I helped!
