# of sit ups im f/13
how many sit ups should i be doing a day?
Not fat or anything, just a healthy excercise.

For maintaining an in-shape-ness, I'd do 4 sets of 25. Like, between each set of 25, get up, stretch, take a sip of water, then do another set. (Stay hydrated when you work out)
Sit ups aren't like, the end-all be-all of exercise, though. If you want your whole body in shape you'll need to find a fuller workout than just situps/crunches. If you want help with that, drop one in my inbox, or ask MikeCFT - CFT stands for Certified Fitness Trainer.

Do some in the morning then some at night.
Everday increase the number of how many you do at each setting.
Start off w/ 200 at morning and night.
Keeping doing 200 for 5 days then move it up to 275 or w/e your comfortable w/
Then gradually increase the number you do :] ]

Take breaks after each 25.
