yea thats fine.
im 14 and my boyfriend is turning 17 on july 22 and i wont be 15 til october.
the only way it comes to an issue, is when he turns 18. but of your 16 while hes 18, then itll be perfectly fine. because thats not illegal

17 is little too old for a 14(turning 15) year old girl to be dating, but if he's worth it, do it. If a 14(Turning 15) year old girl loves him, she will stay with him.

Legally, it is completely fine to date him, no one can do anything about it. Now, there is a legal age of consent that varies by state, and if he's over it, and you're under it, than he could possibly get in trouble if you two have sex. That doesn't happen too often though. Just search google for your state's age of consent.

I think as long as your parents don't care then it doesnt matter. The cops probably wont come knocking at your door saying " you cant go out with him"lol. I was 13 when i met my boyfriend who was 16 , now hes 18 and i'm turning 16. Its ok i wouldnt be worried , pretty soon he'll be old anough to make his own decisions any way:]

It is now as far as legal issues go. However, the second he turns 18, he could go to jail because you are still a minor. How likely is it? Not very unless you have sex, and get pregnant. Then there could be some problems. But right now, if you are happy and he's happy; why break a happy thing up? You're okay :)

Goodluck!
