do 100 crunches and 100 situps a day, and you will lose it in no time. ]
Get healthy. Try cuting out pop, sweets, and fast (shitty) foods. Do crunches and throw downs. I do over 100 crunches a day, sets of 25. You can do sets of 10 if you want.

You can check out workout videos here. Trust me, even just doing alot of crunches, cutting out bad foods, and eating healtier can help. I used to weigh 124 and now I weigh around 112. =) ]
add protein and fiber to your diet. reading the book "boxy rx" by a. scoot connolly is also an amazing thing to do that actually works. i am proof. i used to be 30 pounds overweight and i now have a 4 pack and working on a 6 pack. =] ]
