bLue_in_tHe_faCe answered Wednesday June 13 2007, 6:22 pm: Get healthy. Try cuting out pop, sweets, and fast (shitty) foods. Do crunches and throw downs. I do over 100 crunches a day, sets of 25. You can do sets of 10 if you want.
