Well you can get aids if he is infected with any disease and what not and you have an open cut some where around your mouth. On your first blow job dont stick it in your mouth right away, you might like gag or something haha slowly and patience is the right way to go. Yes you can get AIDS from giving a guy a blow job. If he has AIDS/HIV and you have a cut on your lip, tongue, anywhere around the mouth area, then you can get affected that way.
Best way to practice is to practice on somebody.
...or a banana or something like a penis I suppose haha. Might sound weird, but if you really wanna be good at it, practice on something like that!
